Creccal Investments Ltd. is a privately owned, Montreal-based real estate investment company, in existence since 1977, with holdings in both the Quebec and Ontario markets.
Creccal’s diversified portfolio of properties includes multi-tenant residential apartment buildings, retail shopping centers and office buildings, in major urban centers such as Montreal and Westmount, Quebec, as well as Toronto, Ontario. Its present holdings include properties totalling over 3 million sq. ft., consisting of 1,908 apartments, 450,000 sq. ft. of prime office space and 426,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
Its committed and dedicated senior management team of seasoned professionals bring a combined real estate experience of over 100 years to the company, contributing their wide-ranging expertise and backgrounds in the real estate field as well as in business management, accounting and law.

ALBERTO CRECCO
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Mr. Crecco began his real estate career in 1971, with the purchase of his first investment property in Canada. He later formally established Creccal Investments Ltd. in 1977.
His hands-on property management approach and pragmatic investment style has allowed the company to prosper; owning and operating some of the most prestigious and sought-after assets in Montreal and Toronto.
RICA CRECCO
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Rica Crecco is the Vice President of Operations for Creccal investments Ltd. and has over 30 years of property management experience.
Working closely with her father, Mr. Crecco, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, and is currently running the overall operations of the company from Toronto, where she also oversees The Crossways Complex.
ALESSANDRA CRECCO
REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Alessandra Crecco has been directly involved in Creccal’s Montreal operations for the past 25 years, overseeing the management of the residential and commercial assets located in Montreal.
She has developed an extensive background of real estate knowledge through her hands-on experience in the industry, complemented by her Bachelor of Commerce in Economics degree from Concordia University.
LUIGI DI GESO
LEGAL COUNSEL, GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Di Geso joined Creccal Investments Ltd. in 1987, and currently oversees all legal matters for the company.
Prior to joining Creccal, Di Geso was a partner at the law firm of Bissonnette, Discepola, Mercadante, Di Geso. He earned his LLB from the University of Sherbrooke, and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since being admitted in 1982.
GIANCARLO MESSERCOLA
COMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER
Mr. Messercola joined Creccal in 2001, and currently oversees leasing of the Montreal commercial portfolio.
